At French Meadows, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from signs of wear or perfumes.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
